Join Maestro Guzman and the San Angelo Symphony Orchestra as we return to our home, The Murphey Performance Hall, for the much anticipated opening classical concert of the season. Internationally recognized violinist Stephanie Chase has been praised as “one of the violin greats of our era” and is known for her stunning power, matchless technique, and impeccable intonation. A top medalist of the prestigious VII International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow, Ms. Chase has performed concerts in twenty-five countries and is a recipient of the esteemed Avery Fisher Career Grant. The historic opening night performance will feature a spectacular showcase of our full orchestra and will conclude with one of the most dramatic and unforgettable musical closings ever.
