Jazz manouche – or gypsy jazz, as it is now more commonly known – will make its debut on the Murphey Performance Hall stage with your San Angelo Symphony Orchestra in what will be an infectiously fun evening of music! The performance features accordion star Julien Labro, who has established himself as one of the foremost accordion and bandoneón players in both the classical and jazz genres, and Vinny Raniolo, who has performed over 1000 concerts around the world. A concert that will feature stunning pieces such as Ravel’s Bolero and Korsakov’s Scheherazade, the evening is set to be an unheralded experience.
